Celebrating 3 years at OneStone – a message from Bill Waitsman

Today, I’m extremely proud to recognize the work our team has done in communicating a clear message of what OneStone offers through our new website design.

I started OneStone in 2017 because our clients were consistently telling us they were behind the ecommerce growth wave, underdeveloped, and didn’t know how to catch up. At that time, very few manufacturers saw ecommerce as an area of confidence. We launched with a clear mission of helping them turn their ecommerce business into a competitive advantage. Fast forward to today and it’s no secret that the world has turned upside down impacting how consumers shop. Retailers now know that ecommerce is no longer a nice to have. It’s critical to business growth.

Great people make the difference. As I look at the past 3 years of OneStone, one thing is clear – we can’t solely rely on technology to grow business. What I’ve learned is that while technology is important, humans power sustainable growth. I see it every day with my team as they creatively work together to solve the toughest challenges in ecommerce.

With our new site, we want to communicate to current and future clients  a clear understanding of a very fragmented industry. There are so many components in managing an ecommerce business and, with a myriad of services available, we want to provide clarity in solutions and most importantly, how we deliver success.

Our new look and feel at OneStone captures what I see every day – a smart, humble, and thoughtful team that wakes up every morning giving their very best for the client and each other. In driving our client’s business and making OneStone a great place to work, at the end of the day, it’s the quality of your people that build the foundation of the company and ultimately the success of the business.

As we head into the busiest time in retail during a far from normal year, my hope for my team is that we will continue to work together as a team and we  support each other to maintain a healthy work life balance. At OneStone, we make our families and personal  time a priority – we stay ahead of the work and manage it so we can live out our core values. I see our team living out our core values of ownership and they are driving what the culture looks like from the bottom up. It’s exciting to be a part of a company like OneStone and I can’t wait to see what more amazing things we will accomplish together.

Cheers to 3 years!
